“ I want to say that the owner went above and beyond. On valentine's day there was a mix up with my TOGO order and I called when I got home. And he not only made it right but he made it better. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. Thank you so much for hand delivering it to my house. ”
“ A friend who works at Adrian college mentioned Sauce Italian Grill as we were passing through the area. Wife and I parked in the back and walked around to the entrance in the front. It's mid-March and too cold to sit outside but the back patio area looks nice. There is a long bar in the front with sit down tables and a few high tables, several TV's and Keno. We waited to get seated and headed to the back dining area. Bread and salads to start were crisp and delicious. The lasagna was cheesy and flavorful. The little Italy was a perfect portion, simple, fresh, and also packed with flavor. The tiramisu had a mousse like texture and in my opinion, was one of the best I've had. Thank you Sauce for a great lunch, hope to see you all soon. ”

“ We haven't eaten at The Sauce since my daughter graduated from Adrian College almost 10 years ago. We both had the risotto with salmon. Mine had asparagus, his had mushroom and capers. Both were wonderful. Salmon was perfectly cooked as was the risotto. We had calamari with shrimp as an appetizer, which was also perfectly done. The cook/chef should be commended! We will definitely be back ”
